3First interview
You’ll be able to form a first-hand impression of Bangerter as a company. We’ll meet each other in person and discuss desires and expectations on both sides. This is where we’ll clarify concrete questions about working hours, future plans and contractual terms.

4Trial day
You’ll get to meet the team and get an insight into your future department and area of activity. An experienced member of the team will be your “buddy” for the day, at the end of which you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your experiences and give and receive feedback.

We’ll review your trial day, discuss internally and decide whether you would be a good personal and professional fit for the company, our values and your responsibilities. And, of course, you’ll take the opportunity to do the same!
6Job offer
If it’s a good fit on both sides, we’ll send you a job offer. This will contain the exact terms of employment as discussed. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any remaining questions you may have, after which you will sign the contract to become an official member of the Bangerter family.
