Engineering at Bangerter covers the entire process of developing tailored solutions and their production. Our engineering team develops production processes, new and efficient machining methods, and constructs its own machines, devices and integrated manufacturing systems. We have the expertise, the hardware and software, but above all the creativity to implement even the most complex projects.

Our production floor consists of a wide variety of technologies and processes for machining superhard materials. The latest CAD/CAM systems are used at the interface between engineering and production, complex components are produced using the latest 5-axis CNC grinding centers, and we use production islands operated by robots for automated production. However, even the best technologies are useless without the production expertise of our team. The key to success is the people who not only understand the processes, materials and tools, but also have the necessary creativity, experience and a great deal of finesse.

ISO 9001 and 13485 are globally recognized certificates for quality management systems. For us, however, certificates are more than just a piece of paper. Ensuring the highest quality in all processes is both an obligation and a calling. The certifications are the result of this aspiration.
Our quality management monitors the high quality of the raw material, compliance with manufacturing tolerances and surface finishes in production as well as the final inspection.
The tighter the tolerances, the more demanding the measurement. One prerequisite for measuring and documenting maximum precision is state-of-the-art measuring devices and machines. The other is specialists with the appropriate know-how and an eye for detail. We have both.
